Work you'll do:

• Drive insight-infused discussions to enable clients to best develop and execute against their finance strategy
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of finance organizational structures, operating models and processes to analyze, assess and improve client's finance functions
• Define and implement end-to-end, integrated performance management solutions that improve the client's ability to optimize reporting strategies and processes, establish effective KPIs, and enhance planning/budgeting/forecasting capabilities
• Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
• Comprehend how the client's business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
• Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
• Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
• Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

Your role as a leader:

• Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
• Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
• Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
• Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
• Act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, business, financial engineering, management, related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on the Finance Strategies or Financial Service Delivery, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Finance or Service Operations
• Solid project delivery experience; having successfully managed or led complex, multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
  
• Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
  
• Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
  
• Fluency in English with fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly beneficial
  
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACCA, HKCPA, ICAEW, CIMA, ICAA etc)
