n this role, you will work closely with the Professional Services Practice Leaders and Project Managers providing advice and guidance across all regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and effective management of budget and resources. The position holder has freedom to think and act in respect of the responsibilities to support the strategic objectives of the business. The role works across all regions, influencing, advising and supporting Practice Leaders and Project Managers over whom it has no direct authority. Essential Responsibilities In this role, you will Ensure a consistent, efficient and effective delivery of PS s operational systems and processes in order to support the achievement of business objectives across all functions and regions. Analyze issues to identify opportunity for business improvements and trends. Recommend strategies and processes to address these. Present in discussions and gain agreement with management. Develop and execute new or improved processes across PS systems and tools. Maintain and ensure integrity of business processes within the PS systems and tools. Liaison with various departments (IT, Finance, Customer Support) on cross–departmental corporate–wide tools as the PS representative owner. Ensure any corporate–wide decisions factor in the Professional Services requirements. Create and develop suitable systems to manage PS project performance deliver training as required to support Practice Leaders and Project managers using these systems. Represent PS Operations in meetings (internal and external) and project groups. Support the PS team work across all regions. Ensure processes are identified and developed to accurately reflect the business goals and objectives. Act as the point of communication and information contact for internal and external stake holders. Any other tasks commensurate with the level of the post as may from time to time be required. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar role Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software or consulting services Desired Characteristics Skills Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word Systems administration experience preferably with Salesforce, NetSuite andor OpenAir, or other PSA Tools
