This position performs work directly related to the analysis and forecasting of company financials, with a primary focus in support of the Consolidated and Corporate Departments. This position will conduct financial research, data analysis, and interpretation in order to act as a business partner and ensure sound financial decision making. Responsible for complex modeling, forecasting, specials projects, ad hoc reporting, and other analysis as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
  • Provide financial leadership to Corporate support areas
  • Preparation and analysis of financial and other operational reporting. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
  • P&L budgeting, tracking, and forecasting across various aspects of the business
  • Prepare and develop Consolidated financial reporting for broader distribution
  • Develop strategies to understand and analyze programming and rate/volume analysis.
  • Strive to streamline and improve efficiency of all the above tasks and procedures
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with an Accounting or Finance concentration
  • 4–7 years of proven financial analysis experience
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and using Excel to manipulate it
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and in collaboration with all levels of employees, management, and external customers to maximize performance and results
Computer Skills:

Advanced level experience in all Microsoft products, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Experience in NetSuite and TM1 Reporting required.
