We are looking for a dynamic hands-on 'unicorn' to take our analytics innovation agenda to the next level. The 'unicorn' should have proven track record of delivering innovative solutions with a strong product owner mindset.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop analytics assets, proof of concepts, products leveraging latest analytics toolset
  • Develop code accelerators, reusable components/modules that can be leveraged across assets and projects
  • Work with product owners to gather requirements, design and build analytics assets following agile principles
  • Lead a small but passionate group of talented onshore & offshore developers
To qualify for the role you must have

  • 4 - 5 years of hands-on developer experience
  • Expertise and experience in building end-to-end solutions (encompassing UI, Data, Visualization, Infrastructure)
  • Experience in front end technologies (Vue.js, AngularJS etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure)
  • Project delivery toolset experience in one or more database tools (preferably SQL) and open source data integration tools (such as Kafka or Nifi)
  • Experience in advanced analytical (R/Python) and visualization (Power BI, Tableau) toolset will be an advantage
  • Be a strong Agile practitioner and problem solver
  • Previous experience leading a small team (across locations)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
