Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management over different time zones and comprehensive travel management for both domestic and international trips
- Client liaison including organizing client and ad hoc lunches or events
- Ownership of expense administration for the team, arranging room bookings, catering and video conferencing facilities as required and other ad-hoc duties as they arise
- Answering Telephones and taking ownership of internal and external calls
- Maintain effective and professional relationships with Senior Management, Executive Assistants, clients, visitors and the ability to work with a range of personalities
- Assist with new starter logistics / meet and greet and provide cover for other EAs when on leave
To be successful, you willneed:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within banking industry within a similar role and environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a team
- A flexible attitude with strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, think logically and manage a multitude of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with accurate typing skills and being technologically sound
- Be committed in approach and open to business changes
- Demonstrate the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
