We are partnering with a growing staffing firm based in East-London in helping them secure a new Head of Finance/Finance Director.
The Finance Director will be based in the head offce and report into the CEO, but also work closely with the other directors. This is a key and important role for the business, with responsibility for:

The Finance Director will be based in the head offce and report into the CEO, but also work closely with the other directors. This is a key and important role for the business, with responsibility for:
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Providing commercial input
- Producing and reviewing all monthly management accounts
- Developing KPI’s
- Cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and modelling
- Having ownership over cash-management
- Liaising with local auditors and bankers
The candidate:
- Have previous experience from within the recruitment sector
- Be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or equivalent
- Be ambitious and commercially aware
- Have experience of finance and banking systems together, and integration projects
