Client Details

My client is vastly expanding retail organisation based in Harlow. Their client based covers a large portion of the United Kingdom and they are looking to grow their team. They are in need of a credit controller on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to be made permanent. This role requires an immediate start.

Description

The responsibilities of the credit controller include:

Facilitate cash collection for key clients
Posting and allocation of customer payments
Build relationships with customers through frequent telephone contact, chasing payment for due/overdue invoices
Issue weekly reports detailing customer payment shortfalls and aged debt analysis
Post journals to clear deductions from the sales ledger to relevant deduction accounts
Provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customers

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Good communication skills
SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
The ability to build relationships and influence
Good administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Good analytic skills
