Boston Hale have been engaged to assist an internationally recognised law firm in their search for a Head of Finance.
Crux of the role:
This is a commercial role aimed at improving and developing value-add, financial processes and information across the firm.

This is a commercial role aimed at improving and developing value-add, financial processes and information across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and lead the firm's finance team
- Pricing for RFP, fee estimates, client and matter reviews on request
- Provide profitability insight on specific matters and clients using business intelligence tools
- Oversee the production of the firm's management reporting as well as financial reports
- Ensure the firm is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development and improvement of business intelligence across the firm
Required skills:
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification with extensive post qualified experience
- Experience gained in another professional services organisation
- Strong commercial and business partnering experience
- Demonstrable experience of working closely with businesses to improve profitability
