Property Group Accountant- North London
My client is a family run property investment, development and management company whose roots are embedded in north London. They are looking to add to their small accounts team with a Group Accountant to work closely with the finance director overseeing the many entities of the company.
My client is looking for a candidate who could feel comfortable in a sole charge role and be able to grow with the ambitious company and mould themselves into a finance director in the future.
In this relaxed and friendly office, personality is key as they are looking for someone to buy into the culture of the company and have personal ambitions that match the growing business.
Due to location there is staff parking available on site and in the surrounding area.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
* Payroll
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Management accounting
* Statutory Accounting
* VAT Returns
* P&L
* Liaising and reporting with different departments
Ideal candidate:
* Experience within a small accounts team at a senior level
* Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Experience within property or real estate.
