Description

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team in Guildford.

  • Check all supplier accounts against statements.
  • Loading Invoices/Credit Notes into Sage.
  • Checking historic payments for proper invoice audit trail.
  • Requesting refunds from overpaid suppliers.
  • Clearing un-reconciled payments.
  • Loading invoices into PO System.
  • Printing off Purchase Orders and updating Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements.
  • Creating some invoices for government partners from which we need to receive monies.
  • Answering queries via phone and email Helpdesk.
