Evolve-360 is currently recruiting for a Finance Director / CFO to join one of the fastest growing tech start-ups anywhere in the world. They recently closed over 10 million in Series A funding and they are planning an even more impressive series B.
They have an exceptional team of 35 and are looking to find a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial finance professional to partner with the exec team and drive expansion into the US.
This is a high commercial, strategic role providing tactical recommendations to the CEO whilst also managing the full board level reporting and day to day finance function.
Some of the things you’ll be responsible for as the Finance Director:
Ideally you will be ACCA / ACA or CIMA Qualified with at least 6 years PQE along with previous experience Investment Banking / Venture Capital background.
Experience of using Xero, advanced Excel skills and FCA compliance knowledge is desirable.

Some of the things you’ll be responsible for as the Finance Director:
- Full Board level reporting including review of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow with variance analysis against forecast
- Liaise with external accountants, bankers and investors on statutory accounting, audit information and operational company requirements and treasury management
- Ownership of cap table including suitable recommendations for Series B investment round
- Optimisation of global financial forecasting - for the UK, North America and any future regions with full tax assessment with specific reference to Federal and state tax liabilities including full risk assessment and analysis
- Develop existing finance processes and controls to support the business as it scales
- Negotiate with and lead our international suppliers to optimise costs
- Lead and develop the Finance team
