Production Specialist, Group Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis (MRPA) - Production

Job Purpose

Member of the team to produce monthly management reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in monthly management reporting production process, including:
- Update OFSAA (management reporting system) parameters and mapping files
- Manage and execute system runs
- Perform financial reconciliation
Identify, define and implement solutions for process improvement
Periodic review & update of all process documents
Participate in data management initiatives to align to bank's data governance framework
Work with IT & Business users to further enhance data integrity, shorten data preparation and the overall production cycle
Undertake projects as assigned
Ensure compliance with all regulations

Qualifications
Qualifications & key attributes

A good university degree preferably in Business, Accountancy, IT or Engineering
Working experience in management reporting, Finance, IT, project management or change management is advantageous
Meticulous especially with data and numbers
Good interpersonal skills
Good written & verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and also contribute as a team member.
