As Assistant Management Accountant you will be given support and development within a small finance team to provide accurate management accounts and financial support to the wider business.

Description

As Assistant Management Accountant you will be given training and support in order to fulfil the required job responsibilities below;

  • Monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of month-end journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Stakeholder management
  • Cash forecasts
  • BACS payments
  • VAT returns
  • Year end audit support
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Adhoc reporting and analysis

Profile

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have the following desirable skill set;

  • AAT Qualified or equivalent
  • Looking for a training and development opportunity to progress with ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent excel skills; pivot tables, v-look-ups, IF statements, etc
  • Prior knowledge of management accounts preparation desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
