- Responsible forprocessing, monitoring, researching and analyzing transactions and resolvinginquiries within deadlines.
- Coordinate withboth internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and/or traders to gather,disseminate, and resolve transactions issues.
- Responsible forreconciliations to third parties (cash, asset, trade matching, and marketvalue) and analysis break assignment and resolution of reconciliation breaksand failing trades.
- Responsible foror facilitating the maintenance of trade static data, trade exception handlingand market claims.
- Escalate complextransactions to senior team members.
- Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to deliver recommendations to basicinquiries.
- Contribute to theachievement of team objectives.
- Proactively stayup to date and adhere strictly to procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with at least 2years of securities operation experience.
- Strong analytical ability witha keen eye for details
- Strong capacity for criticalthinking
- Good interpersonal,communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, well organizedand results focused in order to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Demonstrateability to work independently and as part of a team
