Management Accountant - Consolidations
We are looking for a new Management Accountant to manage our consolidation and reporting process across the whole Trust. You'll be working with our Financial Services Team in Trowbridge. You'll be responsible for all areas of financial reporting, bringing 8 regional reports into one. You'll work with internal stakeholders across the Trust to enhance our Executive reporting, and to reposition the financial reporting and support that your team provide to the organisation.What it's like to work here

You'll deliver a set of management accounts at every month end, ensuring timely, robust and accurate delivery. You'll lead a team of 2 direct reports who manage a processing team, and an analytical team. The processing team are tasked with delivering the numbers, and the analytical team provide support to the regional financial business partners across the Trust.
You'll bring a sense of governance and structure to the team, and help us deliver process improvements using our new analytical tool, tableau. You'll drive for a financial close earlier than we currently do, helping us to publish our numbers earlier in the month, enabling quicker insight into our financial performance.Who we're looking for
- You'll need to be a highly competent accountant, able to inspire confidence in regional partners
- Experienced at delivering process improvements
- Comfortable reporting financial reports and performance to Executive level clients
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across all areas and regions across the Trust
- Able to travel to Heelis, in Swindon around once a week on average
