During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• Assist to process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) which are submitted by group function (GF) / operating subsidiaries (OS) / operating units (OU) in Berjaya Group. Based on our internal guideline, to process these submission – (online) file structure,check for completeness as they are being stored into a centralized server.
• To assist to maintain the content of a web based system where we collaborate with other GF/OS/OU. To assist to configure the group structure, update the content and online files.
• Compile summaries of main function for these GF/OS based on SOPs.
• To chart out work flow of processes documented in SOPs.
• Assist senior to perform other special assignment - policies / guidelines related to operational controls. Supervision will be provided

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
