1. This role will be responsible for all Finance related issues, it is a head office based position. Initially this person will assist with Stey-Wangfujing and Sanlitun and thereafter oversee multiple properties. The role will include all aspects of the finance, revenue, budget, forecast and audit cycles.财务经理将负责管理与财务相关的所有事务，工作地点位于Stey总部办公室。初始阶段财务经理需协助Stey-王府井和三里屯的财务系统建立和管理，之后将负责监管多处项目。该职位将涉及所有财务的相关工作，包括收入、预算、预测与审计周期等。2. The role will further assist with legal requirements for Stey with the Owning Company Legal team.财务经理将负责协助母公司法律团队处理有关Stey的法务需求。3.You must be knowledgeable on the current standard system of hotel accounting. The Finance Manager must be from a Hotel background, either single property or multiple assets. Extensive knowledge and skill with Excel is essential. Experience with Finance software is a must.
