Salary: GBP52,000 – GBP60,000 inclusive of location allowance plus benefits

Why we need you
This is an exciting new role managing financial planning for the Retail organisation covering over 600 shops bringing in approximately GBP82M income. We are looking for passionate financial planning manager who is looking for their next challenge to help us in our fight to best all cancers.
What will I be doing?
Make an impact every day by:
- Managing the financial planning, analysis and controls across the Retail teams.
- Delivering insightful performance and pipeline reporting analysis that enables the fundraising teams to grow income.
- Leading and developing a team of analysts.
- Business partnering with leadership teams to advise and develop business plans, performance management and investment decisions.
What skills are you looking for?
- Qualified accountant with substantial post qualification experience
- Proven team management and mentoring ability
- Supported complex teams with multiple income streams
Ideally, you'll also be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the charitable fundraising sector and/or external economic factors that can impact the charity fundraising.
