Credit Controller job with a listed PLC in Manchester paying up to £25,000 per annum.
Your new company
My client is a listed PLC organisation in Manchester. Due to continued growth of the business they are recruiting multiple permanent vacancies into their expanding finance team where there are fantastic opportunities to develop and progress your career.
Your new role
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for ensuring income into the business is monitored and controlled in a timely manner. This will include effectively collecting debts in line with the agreed debt recovery policy, producing weekly reports on outstanding debts and distributing to key stakeholders with actions for resolution, as well as allocating cash based on remittances. You will also set up and maintain customer accounts and contract terms within the finance system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a Credit Control position within a large organisation in order to instantly add value to the team. You will also have European language skills i.e Spanish and/or German as you will be required to speak to contacts in other countries.
