The opportunity

We are recruiting for a strategic digital marketing manager starting asap. As part of the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Senior digital manger, the successful candidate will lead a dedicated project team and external agencies, while working alongside the digital, marketing and Global project teams to ensure the roll out of the new, best in class, global website for EY in the UK&I.

You will have extensive experience leading tech migration projects and change management; Strong content delivery and strategy knowledge. You will have the ability to communicate at a senior level and manage a variety of high level stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop the strategy for the new website
  • Lead the delivery of the new website and migration of content from the legacy site
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop and embed a new digital first approach for EY's UK marketing team
  • Lead the content strategy
  • Managing external digital supplier relationships
  • Manage project budget
  • Provide regular updates to business leaders
  • Work with digital and marketing teams to develop and manage roll out plan
  • Define and establish governance and operational models, including editorial board; once established manage governance on an ongoing basis.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Previous experience of managing large scale website development projects
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital strategy and content strategy
  • Experience in delivering website migration projects
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of website design, usability and management of copy and content creation
  • Ability to manage multiple parts of the project simultaneously and work well under pressure to deadlines
  • Proven track record of effective time management
  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail and diplomacy
  • Confident and effective client communication skills
  • Proven SEO understanding and technical skills

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience with content management systems - ideally Adobe Experience Manager
