- Maximise collections of outstanding debts in accordance with company payment terms
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Perform credit checks on potential/new customers
- Accounts reconciliation and troubleshooting account discrepancies in relation to invoicing
- Reporting on aged debts and identify potential risks associated with your ledger
Skill-set
- Be attentive to detail and strong ability to troubleshoot discrepancies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial focused environment
- Able to work to deadlines
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Personable, great communication skills and have a strong customer focus
