Our client a large and recognised business in Crawley are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This standalone role will manage the end-to-end credit control process, from chasing payments to escalation.
The successful candidate will manage a sizeable ledger, maintaining cash flow and timely payments from customers:
·Manage collections for a portfolio of clients
·Raising invoices and credit notes
·Prepare refund requests as needed
·Monitoring overdue accounts
·Reconcile accounts
·Manage relationships with key stakeholders
