Sr. Group Accountant for our Group Accounting Team (m/f/d)
Vollzeit, Berlin
As a tax specialist, your tasks will include:
Routine works:
Quarterly reconciliation with all intra-group companies worldwide
Loan agreement management and quarterly interest accrual
Contact person for accountants/accounting providers/auditors of the group companies
Assistant in quarterly consolidation of the group
Assistant in quarterly reporting-Package
Annual filing to German Central Bank
Review and plausibility check of Interco Reconciliation with provided Financial Statements of group companies
Ad-hoc Work
Project works:
Assistant in preparation/update of transfer pricing documentation
Participate in the implementation and roll out of a new consolidation tool
Support the implementation of global chart of accounts and group accounting policy
Financial DD Work for the acquisition and sale of international Project Companies
Implement a Guideline for quarterly intercompany reconciliation work for all group members
Prepare with the local accountants the transition from local GAAP to German GAAP incl. a Guideline
Your Profile:
Very good English
Bachelor or Master relating to accounting
IHK "Bilanzbuchhalter" would be an advantage but not a must
Experience in consolidation would be an advantage but not a must
Team player
Excellent communication skills
