Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in drafting work process of the corporate services team within the given requirements and timeline
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (private/off-shore companies)
- Assist with statutory filing, oversee internal and external regulatory compliance requirements
- Support your manager to provide value added solutions and handle clients’ enquiries
- Handling new clients from BD / AM team in HK or referrals from existing clients
- Coordinating compliance and client acceptance, queries (with internal teams in HK, JB and clients)
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
- To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours
- Assist in handing ad-hoc projects when required

Relevant Experience
- Minimum 6 years of CoSec experience in professional services firms (for applicants with more than 8 years can be considered for Manager position)
- Experience with inter-office / remote coordination is a plus
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate
Education / Memberships
- Degree holder or above (preferably Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting)
- SAICA/MAICS graduate or those pursuing
- Associate member of ICSA
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Computer literate. Knowledge in ViewPoint will be an advantage
Languages
- Fluent in written and oral English (required)
- Good command of Chinese - Mandarin proficiency (ideal but not required)
- Good command of Chinese - Cantonese proficiency (ideal but not required)
