Our client is an ever–growing furniture manufacturer based in the heart of Essex. With a clear brand aim and an excelling customer base, they are a truly bespoke business making a positive impact to the furniture industry.
Seeking an individual with an extensive background in Finance. You will be required to carry out the all of the organisations financial duties including the accounts and returns. Please note the company Director has several businesses in which you will be responsible for.
Ability to prioritise work load and problem solve efficiently is indispensable.
Previous experience with FX or exports would be incredibly beneficial.
Duties to include:
- Financial accounting
- Managing of 3 other team members
- Job Costing
- Legal & Contract Works
- Tax related work
- Insurance renewals
- Intercompany balances
- Property works
- Accounting for the Director
- PL & SL Ledgers
- Funds and Cash Management
As a Senior member of the business, the list above is not exhaustive. Individuals must be willing to take on other appropriate responsibilities when required. In addition to the above, there will be an element of HR involved in the position.
You must be contactable 24/7 with a maximum response tome of 12 hours.
Strictly following company policies and procedures, directly reporting back to the Director.
Willing to undergo any relevant and beneficial training when necessary.
It is essential that applicants have, or, are working towards suitable and relevant qualifications.
Introductory salary of GBP40,000 due to rise post probation.
Expenses are paid with a mileage allowance.
