Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Perform cash application of customer payments and clearing of associated bank transactions in SAP and ViewPoint
  • Handle credit card approval process, reconciliation and fund applications
  • Liaise with Invoicing and Collections Team to resolve issues as needed
  • Perform bank reconciliations and month end close schedules
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications and other requirements

Attributes/Technical Skills

  • Team player with good people and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines. Hardworking
  • Results-oriented and detail-minded person

Relevant Experience

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience

Education/Memberships

  • Degree in accounting, or equivalent experience

Computer Skills

  • Good computer skills especially in Excel

Languages

  • Fluency in written and oral English
