Finance Analyst - FP & A

Full time, permanent Finance Analyst / FP & A / Finance Business Partner required for well known £1.5 billion turnover business in Leatherhead

Client Details

A well known construction business in Leatherhead constantly taking on new projects and rapidly growing

Description

Financial modelling - preparing, monitoring and updating financial models, consistently maintaining and updating them through to project completion

Constant updates and communication with directors and commercial teams

Collate information from project teams to update models for ongoing projects

Monitor and track actual and forecast Joint Venture (JV) performance

Calculation of scenario analysis and providing financial analysis internally and for JV Partners

Cash management of JVs - tracking JV cash balances

Medium-term cash flow forecasting for JVs

Profile

The successful candidate will:

Have Experience in Finance Analysis and or FP & A rather than Management Accounting

Possess advanced excel skills

Have proven experience of Financial Modelling - preparing, monitoring and updating financial models

Have experience in challenging and reviewing project appraisals and performance

Have experience of explaining results to both finance and non finance professionals
