Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant seeking a new and highly responsible role within an extremely friendly family run & progressive businessbased in Sutton?

Do you have working knowledge of MUS software and ideally experience of working in an accounting role in a ;property management or similar environment

Live locally to Sutton and seeking a new, varied and responsible accounts administration role working with friendly and professional people for a competitive salary plus benefits?

Our client is a well established successful family run multi discipline property management company based in Sutton. They cover everything from buying, selling and letting residential and commercial property, to providing comprehensive property management services and consultancy advice. They pride themselves on the consistent customer care and an extremely high level of professionalism provided by their motivated and friendly team.

Based on the outskirts of Sutton & conveniently located for both public and private transport our client currently has a unique opportunity for a Customer Accounts Administrator to join their extremely friendly team. You will be working in their Client Accounting/Service Charge accounting function on a full time Monday to Friday basis and a summary of duties appear below:–

Client accounting

Preparation of documentation for Accountants to complete Year End Accounts

Production and issuing of quarterly reports to clients

Database administration and update

Payment to suppliers

To assist and undertake credit control procedures

Bank reconciliations

Service charge accounting

Posting bank receipts and cheques

Setting up standing orders

Chasing arrears

Checking and charging out budgets

Charging Service Charge, rent and insurance and printing invoices/statements for Lessees

Printing statements for the Legal Division

Answering account queries by telephone and e–mail

Filing and archiving

Applications for this unique role are particularly welcome from local candidates who have previous experience of admin/accounts ideally within a property manegement environment or similar . Experience of MUS software would be advantageous but NOT essential. Above all you will need to be enthusiastic. professional and have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
