Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a marketing leading organisation with key finance offices based in Leeds.

A high performing, well established organisation with key finance offices based in Leeds.

Description

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting in to a qualified Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the production of the timely and accurate monthly management accounts pack.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, posting monthly journals, cash flow forecasting, stock reconciliations, instrat, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, processing the sales ledger and assist with credit control.

This role will suit an AAT studier/finalist/qual or early stages ACCA/CIMA studier looking to progress in to a month end role.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked in an accounts assistant/assistant accountant role previously
  • Be AAT studier/finalist/qual or early stages ACCA/CIMA studier
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Have very good verbal and written communication skills

Job Offer

£23,000 - £26,000 + full ACCA/CIMA/AAT study support + generous bonus scheme + 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + contributory pension scheme + life assurance + free on site parking
