Badenoch and Clark are working with a growing business in Oldbury who are seeking a credit controller.

Your main duties will be to:

– Collection of aged debt for allocated accounts
– Preparation of daily banking allocation sheets from remittances
– Dealing with multiple queries via telephone and email
– Updating customer portals when required
– Sending invoices to customers
– Opening new accounts for customers and ensure correct procedures are followed
– Reconcile accounts of a monthly basis

To be successful with this application you must have:

– Proven experience of working within a credit control department
– Experience with dealing with customers
– Excellent I.T skills including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
– Attention to detail
– Be able to work under pressure
– Credit qualification would be desirable
