Our very successful client has created a new Finance Analyst role to help manage the financial aspects of their Business.

As an experienced Financial Analyst you will have the technical knowledge to operate with the Management Team on all financial forecasting and reporting aspects.
Importantly you will have the credibility and interpersonal skills to work closely with the Business Managers to influence critical business and operational decisions.

As Finance Analyst your main responsibilities will include:
- Production of monthly and quarterly financial and budget forecasts and commenting on variances.
- Forecasting and budgeting profit & loss and cash flow.
- Continuous improvement of the Business Unit's cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
- Reviewing and developing regular reports
- Monitoring revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecast and reported in line with Group's revenue policies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Ensure all controllable and allocated costs are acceptable, budgeted and correctly forecast.
- Provision of other ad hoc financial reports as requested.
To be successful in this high profile role you will demonstrate:
- Experience of producing regular financial and budget forecasts with confidence to comment knowledgeably on any variances.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience of meeting these demands in a fast paced, professional financial services environment.

- Good people skills, able to engage with senior Business Managers and influence them.
