Responsibilities Develop and contributes to the execution of operational objectives for the generalist HR function including compensation and benefits performance appraisal payroll and staff relation Develop streamlining and implementation of policies SOPs processes and procedures to meet business needs Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies process and procedures Accountable for the full employee life cycle from on-boarding orientation to off-boarding exit interview Manage the yearly Performance Appraisal drive and monitor annual review exercise and bonus Establish and organize the Training Framework budget and learning paths to supportthe training needs with a structure approach Develop and drive recruitment strategies policies and best practices to attract retain and engage talents including contract part-time employees and internship programmes Overseeing the payroll function including verification of monthly payroll submitting of income tax for local employees tax clearance and administering of government grants schemes Responsible for employee relations such as disciplinary grievance handling counseling Manage the recruitment and selection process and build talent strength Maintain pay plan and salary review exercises Learning and development implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs Ensure regulatory compliance on HR related policies and practices Involvement in other HR ad-hoc projects or other company-wide initiatives as needed Timely submission of CPF payment income tax and government related claims Involved in organizing companys recreational activities Manage staff matters pertaining to confirmation work passes employment contracts transfers etc Implement headquarters policies and operational objectives to overseas offices Requirements Diploma Degree in HRM or related fields Minimum 5 years relevant working experience Familiar with Employment Act CPF and Income tax regulations Ability to work in a fast pace environment meticulous and strong organizational skills Able to work independently under minimum direct supervision or guidance and in a collaborative environment Good presentation communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of staff Travelling required Experience in China HR policy an advantage
