About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will provide and support the business with the efficient delivery of high quality compliant Advice documents . Your role within ANZ Private (Australia) is to enhance client experience in line with ANZ Private Strategy and differentiated client propositions.

You will actively contribute to different initiatives and continually improve the end-to-end customer experience and Paraplanning process. You will also provide excellent technical support to Frontline on advice matters in line with regulatory requirements.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience in paraplanning with sound knowledge of the advice process. Strong financial planning background and proven knowledge of strategies and technical competencies.
  
• Proven experience in Statement of Advice preparation particularly in relation to complex strategies. Experience utilising multiple entities including SMSF’s, Trust and Corporate Structures.
  
• Proficiency in using Coin (or similar) Financial Planning software, Word and Excel.
  
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong Customer and results focus with strong attention to detail. Outstanding Analytical skill, can work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with business requirements and timeline.
  
• Tertiary/post graduate qualifications in business related discipline preferred. Completion of ADFS; ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and willing to undertake further education if required.
