The Role:
Reports to the CFO and has responsibility for day to day management of the finance team. The finance team is full function and as Head of Finance you will be responsible for managing people and processes that span the full finance value chain across FP&A, statutory accounting and tax; AP and payroll. As number 2 to the CFO role, you will be in a fantastic position to assemble the skills and experience that will put you on the path to securing an FD role.
You:
A qualified accountant and ideally practice trained or with strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices, you will have prior experience of leading finance teams and the ongoing development of processes and controls in a growth environment. Experience within a business with a multi-site footprint and the exposure to a geographically dispersed stakeholder group this entails will be useful.
