- You will be the key point of contact providing financial support to non-finance stakeholders and senior management
- Work as an important member of the management team and contribute in strategic planning, budgeting & development
- Negotiating with banks and developing relationships
- Prepare Annual accounts and schedules for Auditors and work with Auditors in preparing Statutory reports in UK & Europe
- Maintain Fixed Asset registers, payroll records, monthly inventory reports & valuation
- Develop, improve and implement internal financial systems and controls to support business growth
- Ad hoc duties
Candidate:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA Accountant with a proven track record in a similar finance leadership role
- Commercial Finance Director with experience driving profitable growth within an entrepreneurial business
- Self-starter, proactive and have a good attention to detail showing logical decision making
- Proven track record of Company policy implementation
- Ability to identify and lead cost control and cost reduction programs
