Your new company
You will be working for an established manufacturing and distribution company based in Surrey, reporting to the Managing Director, and managing a team responsible for finance, IT and HR.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include management of the company's accounting system to enable accurate reporting, production of management reporting to strict group deadlines, reconciliation and control of balance sheet accounts, management of relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks and group treasury, and preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and 3–year business plans.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with previous experience of managing a team. This role is suitable for a well–motivated individual who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities and good commercial acumen. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and be able to work to very tight deadlines.
