A leading, regional accountancy practice, with an excellent reputation, undergoing sustained positive growth and expansion is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator / Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team, based in the Taunton area.

Based in the Canterbury area, Kent, this highly reputable accountancy practice acts for a wide spectrum of clients across small to significant sized OMB corporate, throughout the South East and further afield and you will have exposure to these varied clients with wide ranging employee sizes, managing the delivery of a quality payroll service. Description
Joining as Payroll Administrator / Senior Payroll Administrator, based in the firms offices near Canterbury, you will be responsible for the delivery of payroll services (weekly / monthly ) to a number of clients, deal with queries and advice clients on technical issues and assist with new client payroll implementations and other projects as you develop within the firm and role. You will also take on responsibility for one of the firms larger payroll clients, taking the reigns on delivering a quality service to this client and building a strong relationship here.
You will undertake processing and act as initial point of contact for other clients as well. You will carve a pivotal role within the firms payroll department and progress in your career, with increasing responsibility. Profile
You will have a career background in payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice environment, or bureau environment. Alternatively, you may have good background specialising in payroll, within industry and commerce, which could also work, equally well. You will be looking to further your career in this field, developing within a leading firm of chartered accountants, where you will have the backing and support to progress.
