We're looking for someone with experience inregulatory compliance and conduct or risk management to join our Advisory team.Are you in?
What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager in the team you will lead engagements and proposals, andplay a key role in developing colleagues and seek out new opportunities in themarket. In providing services to our clients you will work collaborativelywithin teams to form hypotheses and deliver tailored and "Different" solutions.
You will beinvolved in:

  • Working closelywith Directors and Partners to design conduct and regulatory complianceframeworks, strengthen corporate governance, manage remediation activities, andrespond to the requirements of key regulatory bodies
  • Leading andmanaging teams
  • Deliveringinnovative solutions, and excellent client service

You are someone with:

  • Leadership skillsand previous experience with developing the capability of individuals, andleading teams to deliver high quality client outcomes
  • An in-depthexperience of working with regulatory bodies
  • Industry, risk& compliance, legal, audit, or previous international consulting experiencerelated to financial services or non-financial services
  • In-depthexperience in governance, regulation and conduct issues within financialservices
  • An ability to workwithin budgets and time constraints
