What Youll Do: As the Accountant, you will assist the Accounting Department with many of its administrative and clerical duties.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:
? Handles all functions of Accounts Payable including preparing manual checks, received goods not invoiced, and jobs in progress.
? Responsible for Accounts Receivables including, daily invoicing and credit management.
? Responsible for Job Order Entry transactions including time ticket input.
? Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting including closing of jobs and collecting data with regards to all aspects of accounting including month–end procedures and year–end review.
? Analyze and report on the companys budgeted vs. actual expenditures to management on a monthly basis.
? Audit financial transactions and documents.
? Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
? Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
? Will work with Controller on special accounting projects.
? Back–up for phone system and receptionist.
? Comprehend all aspects of M2M.

Requirements:
? Education: Associates degree in related field preferred.
? Experience: 1–3 years experience in Accounting role. Experience with payables and receivables required.
? Functional Skills: Ability to consistently produce accurate work under fluctuating schedules and priorities.
? Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in ERP system required for this role. Experience with Made 2 Manage a plus.
? Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, peers and subordinates.
