As a Business Analyst, you'll work in an environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences across several industries and companies. You will tackle a variety of business problems and will work alongside top private companies and fund managers to help them make decisions regarding secondary transactions. You'll also assist in determining the requirements of clients' projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill clients' needs. Specific job deliverables will vary according to transactions' and projects' needs, the Business Analyst has the broad skills needed to work on a wide variety of business initiatives. You will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and present your findings. You will work independently with different team members and overall with the entire NPM team.
Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day to day client support.
  • Manages on going contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Under supervision, assists business owners and stakeholders in describing business and system functionality, creates custom processes for client transactions, coordinates proper team members and leadership for specific transactions/projects as necessary.
  • Supports Sales, Strategy, and Legal teams with one–off analyses, internal presentations to leadership, and gathers requirements for deals/transactions
  • Assists in the creation of pitch materials for client meetings, including due diligence research, marketing materials, modeling and analytics.
  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Business/Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 2–3 years
  • Special Qualifications: proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, previous Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategy/Business Development experience preferred but not required
