SSH are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team Riyadh, KSA. The Finance Officer must demonstrate a minimum of 5 yrs. experience working on companies in the Middle East.

What will my responsibilities look like in this role?
SSH are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team Riyadh, KSA. The Finance Officer must demonstrate a minimum of 5 yrs. experience working on companies in the Middle East.

What will my responsibilities look like in this role?
- Receives and process all suppliers' and consultants' Invoices.
- Prepares and obtain authorisation for purchase orders daily.
- Ensures that goods are received per order and in good condition.
- Obtains authorisation for all credit invoices and data input.
- Liaises with suppliers for the procurement of supplies.
- Prepares monthly Accounts Payable report for payment strategy/budgets
- Scrutinises and maintain Sub-Consultants contracts.
- Prepares and obtain authorisation for AP payment vouchers.
- Analyses consultants' time sheets for project cost report.
- Allocates communication charges like telephone, fax, mobile, courier, printing costs, etc.
- Data input of all above activities into the Sun System.
