My exclusive and retained client is a Private Equity Backed Services Business based in Mid Kent. They are seeking a new Financial Controller to perform a varied and pivotal role as they grow organically and by acquisition.

Description

This is a pivotal FP&A / Business Analyst role in the organisation as the business grows significantly both organically and through an acquisition strategy. The role will provide vital support to the CFO and is key in providing management with timely and accurate forecasting and KPI information, and support the CFO in identification of integration efficiencies within the growing Group.

This is a new FP&A / Business Analyst position within the Group that will be solely responsible for the forecast and modelling of the group, ensuring tracking and reporting of KPI drivers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to be involved in a Private Equity backed business early in the investment cycle and experience a high growth business, acquisition strategy and become pivotal in the exit process.

Profile

The successful FP&A / Business Analyst candidate will be well suited to somebody with recent practice based or commercial experience who is keen to play a vital role in delivering growth to the company by using their already-excellent technical, analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly towards the strategic direction of the business, through production of financial scenario modelling and identification of key areas of growth and improvements.

Candidates should be confident and tenacious, inquisitive, self-reliant and reliable.

You will also be fully qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 1-3 years' experience of financial modelling using your commercial experience as well as technical know-how.

Job Offer

Basic salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits
