A permanent Finance Administrator joining a Birmingham based Organisation.

Client Details

Birmingham based Organisation looking to expand their Accounts team with an additional Finance Administrator.

Description

Working as a Finance Administrator, key responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Daily Cash Book - Update and Management
  • Bank Reconciliation On Navision
  • Petty Cash - Queries, Processing And Replenishment
  • Audit Petty Cash, Purchasing and Credit Cards Receipts
  • Company Card Administration
  • Staff Expenses - Processing And Auditing
  • Obtaining Timely Authorisation For Accounting Deadlines
  • Processing Payments Via BACS
  • Any other administrative duties as required
  • Profile

    The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role as a Finance Administrator. Previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.
