Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Head of Finance in effective management and control of all Management Accounting activities: monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. To ensure all reports are timely and accurate and up to date.

• Assist the Head of Finance in the delivery of an excellent business support service to operational teams / leaders. Requiring up to date knowledge of factors affecting the business and understanding of the financial impact of these. Able to work with operational teams to build financial models to help them plan for the future of the businesses.

• Responsible for production and delivery of accurate and meaningful management information (both financial and non-financial) to internal stakeholders across the business.

• Responsible for the Production of added value timely and accurate management information meeting the needs of the business.

• Assist in the preparation of benchmarking actual, forecast and budget data, including external data.

• Assist in the provision of other financial information to internal customers: KPIs for benchmarking, impact assessments, VfM reviews.

• Support budget holders in effectively managing their budgets and forecasts and validate information received. Prepare budget pack for budget holders.

• To support any other activities within the department to support the needs of the business.

Profile

Qualified with property, construction, facilities management or repairs and maintenance experience

You will enjoy building relationships across the business and flourish in a commercial environment.
