Your new role
The position is for a Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator with property experience (preferred, but not essential) who can assist in the preparation of year-end service charge accounts packages and the preparation of annual budgets. The person will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of all accounts related matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a local candidate, commercially astute and adept at thinking outside the box. You will have strong financial and analytical acumen, self-motivated, highly organised able to manage a challenging portfolio and work to deadline. You will also have experience in credit control, accounting, administration, including working knowledge of service charge.
