Job Responsibility:
1.Weekly Forecast follow up, review and consolidation;
2.Mothly closing reporting follow-up, review and consolidation；
3.Quarterly closing reporting follow up, review and consolidation;
4.Budget preparation, review, upload, download and consolidation;
5.Magna System windows person including access application, user training, manual book preparation; lesson learn sharing, etc.
6.Set reasonable timeline to divisions and follow based on AP or group task deadline
7.Follow and review divisions action plan implementation and support to set reasonable target to divisions.
8.Create, train and explain to divisions to use new or standard format or reporting for easily consolidation;
9.Review divisions consistency and reasonability of data's and comments in reporting;
10.Check and standardize divisions accounting accounts usage;
11.Feedback divisions about their deficiency in data's and comments on time, and follow divisions to correct their deficiency on time.
12.work as window person to communicate with divisions' finance team to let them understand and be clear about AP and group requirement and help them improve to meet requirement.
13.Summarize divisions job quality including timing and accuracy for performance review purpose.
14.Support SH Head Office Accounting management;
15.Another misc. task.

Qualifications:
1.Finance or Accounting bachelor degree or above;
2.More than 10 years' finance working experience;
3.Automotive industrial working experience is a MUST. Fluent English.
4.Minimum 3 years+ automotive industrial working experience;
5.Minimum 3 years+ manufacturing plant financial working experience;
6.Familiar with HFM is must
7.Good at communication, self-motive; team player;
8.Capex, cash, tax management working experience is plus;
9.Big 4 firms experience is plus.
