岗位职责：
• Participate to the construction of an adequate audit plan, with the regional management and the functions
• Closely coordinate with regional management and incorporate specific regional concerns into the audit plan
• Manage a team of one senior auditor, with occasional additional resources from other regions.
• Lead internal audits in China
• Gain auditees' agreement on root cause of issues and appropriate corrective actions while maintaining positive relationships.
• Act in an advisory and consulting role, including monitoring management's progress on remediation activities.
• Maintain a whistleblowing channel and investigate unusual events throughout the region.
• Ability to compile and interpret key data points that will facilitate a risk based approach to implementing and maintaining a strong internal control environment.
• Contribute to department improvement initiatives.
• Perform walkthroughs of key processes to validate process documentation and assess risks around internal controls, with limited supervision.
• Participate in Continuous Control Monitoring and Fraud Detection programs, i.e. be able to identify weak controls that can be mitigated by IT automated controls and to implement them; leveraging on our ACL based infrastructure.
• Prepares audit reports for Group and Regional management.
