About our Client:
Our Client is a global manufacturing MNC and a front runner in their industry. An opportunity has arisen for a high caliber CFO/ Vice President â€" Global Finance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading the Group Global Finance team and partner closely with senior leadership globally and regionally.
-Ensure achievement of financial target set by shareholders
-Lead the global finance team in controlling, consolidation, treasury, tax and local finance
-Overall control of company's financial strategy; budgeting, planning and analysis
-Establish annual budget and present to the BOD for approval, analyze monthly deviations to budget and corrective actions where necessary
-Establish regular forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and identify areas for improvement
-Ensure sufficient liquidity support for the business needs, negotiate loans with global and local banks
- Ensuring legal and tax compliance as well as correct corporate governance controls in all subsidiaries
-Lead reorganization projects as well as M&A projects related to finance, tax and legal due diligence.
Candidate Profile:
-Degree in Finance/ Accounting with min 15 years of experience in a Senior managerial position from a MNC company
-Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communications skills
-High level of analytical and problem solving skills and able to manage various finance functions within a global organization.
-Good SAP knowledge and China GAAP experience would be ideal
