Our client is looking for a candidate who is nearing completion of AAT Level 4 or started CIMA/ ACCA and has experience of accountancy including bank reconciliations, multiple cost centres and using Financial systems
You should be a confident and diplomatic communicator, a logical thinker who can resolve issues and a desire to question the current practices and recommend improvements

Your new role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a part Qualified Candidate (nearing completion of AAT level 4 or started ACCA/ CIMA) who is looking for the next step in their career. The role will involve:
- Assisting the Financial Accountant to maintain and develop the financial systems
- Accurately account for capital additions, including depreciation, capital works in progress and unrecoverable VAT
- Ownership and preparation of VAT returns
- Cash flow forecasting
- Working closely with senior Finance team
- fixed asset register and reconciliation
- Operate and maintain capital asset register
- Conduct year end fixed asset verification.
- General Ledger
- Inter company transactions
- Treasury and Controls
- Bank Reconciliations
- Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the general ledger including;
- Review Trail balance
- Manage the monthly close down on each reporting period,
- Assist the Financial Accountant with the annual system close down
- Manage the monthly system audit;
