Our commitment to outstanding customer service and strong retailer partnerships is unmatched. As such, the Accounts Payable Analyst position will
  • Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions for payment weekly
  • Carrying out wire and ACH dealings and preparing bank down payments weekly
  • Running and posting Wire, ACH and check payments weekly
  • Ensure all ACH and wire payments are communicated to the vendor on timely basics
  • Manage vendor relations and communicates effectively with vendors on issues of payment
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with payment with vendors, associates or mangers in a timely manner
  • Record Travel expenses journal Entries
  • Assist with the month–end close process
  • Support SOX compliance process for accounts payable department
  • Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation
  • Assist with other ad–hoc requests or projects as needed.


  • 1–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Thorough understanding of general accounting, applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.
  • Intermediate proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates in a professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills with time management and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
  • Accurate with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi–tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast–paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
